Step 1: Log into your Infusionsoft account and click the “Infusionsoft Account” link under the Admin menu.

For the right application it's probably a great fit and has its strengths, for us it has not been and we're in the process of moving to something else.
We have a lot of content and for our needs CustomerHub is lacking badly in the ability to easily manage it and in creating a structure "hierarchy" for content amongst "category" pages, etc (you need html knowledge to make it look decent). The design "out of the box" is something to be desired.
Other "little" things like not integration with Google Analytics (they've built their own CH analytics but it's nothing compared to Google's). Facebook comments are a neat idea but managing that amongst a lot of content/pages is a pain.
It may work really well for you, just explore your needs and its functionality FULLY before jumping in.

There is a lot of errors in my CH. Partials not working good enough, bulletpoints not working, I have used to much time and energy at this point. Facebook integration does not work.
the idea and concept looks great but - seems that it is published to fast!!

We had another membership site, before Infusionsoft. Then we signed on with Customerhub, our main business is educational videos and Customerhub makes it easy. Because their video platform can be viewed by most viewers, we were able to save money by not having to host the videos with a hosting site.
Loading and maintaining content is easy and the customer support is outstanding.

We used to use another platform to service our customers. Back in March, we launched our new School Web Portal with CustomerHub and the experience has been amazing!! Our customers love the look and ease of use. They also like the fact it is available on all browsers. The set up process was so easy. We look forward to new application releases so that we can enhance our user experience even more!!!

Fantastic. We love the account management that the customer has access to using CustomerHUB. We provide a software subscription tool and CustomerHUB is perfect. It wasn't unusual for us to have to manage customer who needed another download, etc. because their computer had to be replaced, or the current solution expired, etc. With CustomerHUB we've created a download page with partial to reflect the different software components they've purchases and the configuration they have as well. The more we learn about customerHUB (and Infusionsoft), the more excited we get. This is great stuff.

CustomerHub gives any 'membership site' business using Infusionsoft amazing efficiencies through its tight integration with Infusionsoft. The fact it allows members to self-serve in so many ways that previously required us to do manual tasks for clients (e.g. change billing details, add students/members etc.) 'behind the scenes' means our business is now much more scalable and easier to manage. We've found the CustomerHub guys are responsive to feature requests, they keep innovating and they provide outstanding service when you engage them to do custom work for you. The point-and-click simplicity of building membership sites using CustomerHub, combined with its low cost, means it's easy to create multiple niche membership sites, yet control and manage them all through the one Infusionsoft CRM account. Awesome tool. Awesome people.

CustomerHub is the ultimate integration to infusionsoft. I'll go ahead and just say it: "If you are using infusionsoft you must use CustomerHub!" After using CustomerHub for less than 24 hours, the service has already paid for itself. The system is extremely simple to setup and works seamlessly with infusionsoft. Chase and their support team get a kick out of helping people. Don't waste your time trying other membership site integrations and reinventing the wheel or chasing clients over the phone for payments-AUTOMATE AND LEVITATE to new levels, It's a no brainer!

Months ago I left CustomerHub for another membership site provider on the promise of blah blah blah. All I can say is I'm back and back for good. I've been with CustomerHub since the beginning and I can't begin to say how sorry I am for even thinking about leaving. CustomerHub just plain works ... really well. It does everything it promises to do -- and then some. Second, the tie-in to Infusionsoft gives me extraordinary flexibility and power to customize things exactly the way I want to. Third, the CustomerHub team obviously cares about users and they're passionate about making CustomerHub the best possible resource and expanding its functionality over time. Finally, the support is terrific. The support team really cares about users too. They're very knowledgeable about CustomerHub -- and Infusionsoft -- and they take care of all tickets and 'issues' promptly and well -- the first time. I can't recommend CustomerHub highly enough!

InfusionSoft is great, but they were missing one really important piece - a community platform. And that's what we got when we signed on with CustomerHub. It helped that the first 30 days were a free trial, and it only took us about a day to get up and running. The reason we dig CustomerHub so much is because it provides a one-stop portal for our customers to learn best-practices on social media, marketing automation and social customer management, and allows us the ability to cross-sell and upsell our customers at the right time, without being intrusive.

I've been marketing online since 1999 and have subscribed to many services. I can honestly say CustomerHub is in my top 10 list. Not only have I collected thousands of dollars in payments but it's automated my collections, billing updates, and has even been used to securely house content from my continuity programs. Just one of these services alone is enough, in my humble opinion, to warrant triple of what they charge... but with CustomerHub, I get all 3 in one and then some. Keep up the great work guys and thanks for providing a one-of-a-kind service that continues to get better and better!

We have been using CustomerHub for about a year now and it is absolutely awesome.
The integration with Infusionsoft has been flawless. We currently use CustomerHub to manage micro subscriptions as add-ons to our main products and to manage receivables.
I have no doubt that having CustomerHub for receivables management alone has saved our company 2-3x what we pay for it each and every month.

Customer Hub is great! The set-up is straight forward and the videos and help information make it simple to get started. Our membership site is easy to update and keep fresh for our members. The Customer Hub staff is very helpful and friendly to work with. We have three current member applications and continue to add more to it. The site allows for you to upload videos, files, audio and content easily and C.H. hosts it for you as well.

Customer Hub allowed me to easily set up a new membership site completely integrated with InfusionSoft. If you are charging for your membership site you understand how important the integration is both for simplicity of managing payments and to reduce the confusion for members.
I hired Customer Hub for the set up and had excellent service and support, plus it was dramatically easier and less expensive then previous membership sites I have created.
Highly recommended if you want are launching a membership site integrated with InfusionSoft.

CustomerHub + Infusionsoft is simply the best combo you can dream of. The extensive use of partials within CH allows you to link very personalized texts and images to the right person. The membership site becomes then really powerful to market your ideas to a bunch of different groups. The only limit is your imagination! And as for international customers working with accents (like in French) it works really great. No doubt that the purchase of CH by Infusionsoft is a major milestone for Infusionsoft customers.

We've been using Customer hub to notify members that their credit cards aren't working. We've also used it in a second company to send out a once per year annual fee bill. Now that they are opening a robust version of a membership site which can be customized and used to better service our more than 2000 customers, we are all over it.
We spent more than 10k developing our own solution a few years ago. We are scraping it in favor of Customer Hub by Infusion.
Great customer support and development.
I recommend you give it a try.

What can I say about CustomerHub that hasn't already been said. Well for starters, I use this app because it works...period. I have a business presence in several disconnected but related industries. My problem has always been how do I bring it all together so that I'm not constantly rewriting content to target a specific market. A little known aspect of CustomerHub is their permission-based sequential delivery of content. This feature allows me to set up industry-specific pages and sequentially feed content to the right market at the right time. If you've been struggling with a product to sell your marketplace, it's time to get CustomerHub. They make it eeeaaasssy-breeeeezy.

We moved to InfusionSoft and CustomerHub in January and it has been smooth sailing ever since. The member site is professional, easy to navigate and has all the flexibility we require. We no longer have to chase subscribers when credit cards expire or are rejected. AND everything is seamlessly logged in our CRM in InfusionSoft. The marriage of InfusionSoft and CustomerHub has really resulted in an amazing product and I couldn't recommend it more highly!

CustomerHub is the simplest fastest way to setup and maintain a membership system. The support is excellent. Their packages are great.

Every business needs a website to tell their story to the public. You need a marketing automation system to progressively engage and connect to your prospects and customers/clients/patients. Infusionsoft + CustomerHub (CH) is a home run! It was so simple to create a membership site that in just 2-3 days after purchasing CH, we launched our site and with one email blast (to only about 1200 people) + mentioning the launch on Facebook once, we added about 200 members, paying $4.97/mo each.
I've never added $1000/mo to my income so quickly and simply; and my only additional cost was the $79/mo for CustomerHub (I already had Infusionsoft). Thanks very much to the amazing CH team!
