Amazing Event Management - Integrated with Infusionsoft.

We have the Event software that runs check-in, digital signage, and all the mobile (iPhone, iPod, Android) software for InfusionCon, for Infusionsoft :)

We focus on medium, large, and extra large events where there is a lot on event Content to manage. Speakers, Sessions, Tracks, and all the relationships between them.

The way this works is .... with ticket links. When you setup a ticket in EventDay, you can setup a tag associated with that ticket in your Infusionsoft account. This tag is Synchronized with EventDay, and when an attendees shows up to your event, you can add an Attended tag on the contact record as the Badge on Demand is printing. Then you would continue to setup users inside of Infusionsoft for your event, selling them tickets, or assigning the appropriate Tag to the contact record. All your data lives in Infusionsoft.

Then for your event, EventDay will have linked all the Infusionsoft contact records and show them to you in the EventDay control panel. Name Tags can be printed out of EventDay, and we will Tag-Back the contact record when the name tag is printed. This let's you go back to Infusionsoft and run reports on who signed up for you event, as well as who actually showed up for your event.

We also have room tracking (who went to what session), sponsor lead generation, and Content and People management hit our strengths, where our entire goal is to run your event with no lines. Yes, 2000-20,000 people all checked in, through registration, with no line!

I run an event company that used EventDay for the first time this past November. The integration with InfusionSoft was not only flawless, but priceless on-site. Being able to get real time reporting on who has checked in, how many are left to check in, in addition to all the other great information we pulled through event day as part of our registration process., One of my favorite features was being able to manage traffic flow for breakouts, and let speakers know how many people were in their breakouts. Knowing that also allowed our client to do targeted follow up for speakers post event., AWESOME!!!

We really have two key points that integrate with Infusionsoft., 1) Ticketing. Infusionsoft collects data easily with forms, payments, user data, and everything you need to know who is coming to your event. With EventDay you can **IMPORT** contacts based on users with specific tags. Then when the attendee checks into the event via mobile, web, printers, QRCodes, the user will be automatically tagged with an "{My Event Name} Event Attended" tag., 2) Lead Generation. If you have sponsors for your event, this feature lets you securely grant access to the attendee data, to each sponsor. Instead of just handing over a list of all attendees, our system let's the attendee opt into each sponsor. During a conversation, the Sponsor (using Android or iPhone) can scan a QRCode on the attendee badge, and automatically have the attendee data injected into their own Infusionsoft account (and optionally start an action set, or apply a tag).

Not sure what happened at Infusioncon 2012 but I had high hopes. I did not bring business cards as I was told I would be able to just scan a badge. It did not work at all. Seems to of worked on several other events great but my interaction was a non working solution.

Send Email with QRCodes for Fast Check In

Include a QRCode in email to all attendees, so when they show up, you can scan them into your event.

Badges On Demand

Print your badges on demand, and custom to each attendee type. VIP badges, Speaker Badges, General Admission, Sponsors, are all examples of custom badges.

Sponsor Lead Generation

If you have sponsors, they can scan attendee badges, and integrate with their own Infusionsoft account. The attendee data from the host Infusionsoft (your account) will get automatically transferred to the Sponsor Infusionsoft account. Additionally, tags, and actionsets can be applied to track attendee scans.

Door / Security Scans

What attendee, when to what Session? This feature lets you track your attendees, and even tag them back in Infusionsoft, or automatically send an email, to an evaluation form for that session.

Mobile IPhone and IPad management

All this happens on an EventDay aplication that is already in the App Store waiting for you to download.

PCI Compliant Mobile Commerce

Charge against Infusionsoft credit card on file, or mag strip swipe a new credit card, and charge that card. We store the signature on file, where the user actually signed with their finger on the iphone or ipad (full size or mini).

The product is just so simple to use. Handling day of registration is a breeze. When your event is at it's most hectic event day provides a soothing relief by not getting in the way.
