Amazing Event Management - Integrated with Infusionsoft.
We have the Event software that runs check-in, digital signage, and all the mobile (iPhone, iPod, Android) software for InfusionCon, for Infusionsoft :)
We focus on medium, large, and extra large events where there is a lot on event Content to manage. Speakers, Sessions, Tracks, and all the relationships between them.
The way this works is .... with ticket links. When you setup a ticket in EventDay, you can setup a tag associated with that ticket in your Infusionsoft account. This tag is Synchronized with EventDay, and when an attendees shows up to your event, you can add an Attended tag on the contact record as the Badge on Demand is printing. Then you would continue to setup users inside of Infusionsoft for your event, selling them tickets, or assigning the appropriate Tag to the contact record. All your data lives in Infusionsoft.
Then for your event, EventDay will have linked all the Infusionsoft contact records and show them to you in the EventDay control panel. Name Tags can be printed out of EventDay, and we will Tag-Back the contact record when the name tag is printed. This let's you go back to Infusionsoft and run reports on who signed up for you event, as well as who actually showed up for your event.
We also have room tracking (who went to what session), sponsor lead generation, and Content and People management hit our strengths, where our entire goal is to run your event with no lines. Yes, 2000-20,000 people all checked in, through registration, with no line!
