Their response to my inquiry caught me off guard and made me laugh a bit, "Rex, your company already purchased Maven Analytics." One of my team members beat me to the purchase and didn't even have the courteous of sharing this beautiful eye candy with me! Missy Wilreker 4/12/2012 0 Before working the Marketing Mavens, our company was doing many things the long and tedious way and it would take us hours to perform simple tasks like process sales orders from events, and handle routine Client Care processes. We were also struggling with how to setup some complex Joint Venture partnerships with another company who uses InfusionSoft without having to increase the back and forth email communications and notifications., Then I called Marketing Mavens. First of all, we loved how they break up time based on the urgency of our needs. We have always felt like we are getting a TON of value for our dollar with them and they really take very good care of us going above and beyond the call of duty. In working with Marketing Mavens, our Client Care systems are now automated so our staff has more time to personally connect with our clients, our order processing has reduced down from a 2-3 day process (for about 20-25 orders) to a few hours for 40-60 orders! Our Joint Venture was awesome and the two companies' InfusionSoft systems talk to each other automatically as clients sign up or cancel their subscriptions (and all the commissions and such calculate correctly!), And now, we are so completely blown away by their Analytics App -- WOW! The data we can view in order to see what is working and not working in our campaigns and sales is incredible. Not only can we look at that, but the coolest thing (and very rare to find in setting up a new analytics system) is that we can also look at our past history.
