One Click Up Sell for Order Forms

Great app! I use the Wordpress version and its easy to implement up-sells and down-sells. The updates to this app are regular and the support is responsive. It paid for itself in my first campaign.

This script has been very easy to install and implement. Although I will admit that I'm a tech geek and have a developer helping me...
We get 50% of everyone who buys our front end product to take at least one extra product using this script.

We got this script several years ago and had trouble getting it to work. On the plus side, Ryan has kept in touch and offered to help us upgrade to the newer version which I hope is easier to implement. So my rating is based on my belief that the new version will actually work for us.

One Click Up Sell delivers as promised. It makes adding upsells with Infusion simple and quick to implement and if you run into any questions, their support is quick to answer and always super helpful.

One Click Upsell is our script of choice to implement upsells after our sales page offer. I was a little nervous before I started to install the script and I remember I had to ask the developer a question in order to complete it but the developer responded to my question fast and unlike lots of other scripts that I have installed in the past this one actually turned out to be easy. In no time at all I had everything setup and ready to go. We made our money back from the script investment within the 1st hour of our sales offer.

I love tools that make you money, and this is one of them. Not only that, it makes it super simple. Ryan is very accessible if you have any questions, and he's quick to support his customers. I've been around a long time and I've purchased countless things and I can't remember the last time I had this good of support from a product owner. This script gets my highest rating and it's 100% easier than trying to figure out how to do upsells inside of Infusion. If don't like money, then you probably don't need this script. But if you want your business to make money, this script is a must.

We implemented Ryan's script a few months back, and after a little back and forth got it working properly. So far we're getting 20% conversion on our $69 upsell, which is all free money we weren't getting before!
It's also great that we can see within the app itself who bought, keep track of stats, and have a ton of flexibility with how we set things up.
Support is also great - Matt and his team are quick to respond with questions and issues and really work to make sure your app is up and running quickly and correctly.

Great script, easy to use. Don't understand why infusionsoft hasn't done this already. Easy to set up upsells and downsells. Support is solid. More importantly, it helps us generate more revenue.

The script works and is so simple. Support is awesome when you are setting up as the videos are easy to follow along when you are installing the script, but once it's set up, it's so simple to use that my grandma could set up an upsell. The new wordpress upsell you added is awesome, but took me a little longer to install.
If any of you sell stuff online with order forms, you are losing money if you aren't using upsells. Well worth the investment, I made it back the first two weeks in upsells that I wasn't doing before.

Need someone within One Click Upsell company to contact me asap. We had a third party service use One Click Upsell with a site they built for us and we have no means to retrieve login information because the site builder is nolonger locatable.
Anybody know how to contact them???

Matt left this review at the same time he emailed me. We were able to resolve his concerns 1 on 1.
The account takes 15 minutes to create as it's done with a post to another server, I've since updated the confirmation email to make this more clear (everyone is rightly excited to login fast and watch the videos so they can get going asap!).
The up sell 404 error was the result of an error on my part, which I was able to resolve thanks to Matt's feedback. I did not insert the proper up sell identifier when I made a change the day before. OUCH!

I've used this script for 1-2 years now. I was able to set it up and get it going myself, even though I don't know too much about .php. Customer support has been great and responsive in answering any questions I've had on set up, use and functions.
About 20% of our clients go for our upsell. I highly recommend this to other Infusionsoft users.

The product is powerful and makes businesses alot of money. Their support is excellent.
I use it and easily, enthusiastically recommend it as a way for web-marketers to make more money without getting more traffic. Remember the second "yes" is much easier than the first one.
