We always collect phone numbers from our prospects and clients. This campaign allows us to identify the contacts we are not able to reach by email so we can follow up to get updated information. These calls usually lead to getting some type of update from where each prospect is in the decision making process. It's also a great opportunity to check in with clients without saying "just calling to check in".

This is a simple campaign to set up and is invaluable otherwise the Hard Bounces get lost in the system. I also use this as a follow up for all other bounces and the tasks to call are sent to our assistant with a 5 minute pop up at 4.30pm. There is no pop up notification in the campaign so you would need to add this if you needed it.
